Calgary International Airport (YYC) is the airport that serves Calgary in the province of  Alberta in Canada and its surrounding region. It is located about 17 kilometers (11 miles) northeast of downtown Calgary. It is Canada's third busiest airport with 14.3 million passengers as of the year 2013. The airport offers regular non-stop flights to and from major cities in Canada, the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean, Europe and Asia.

The airport's total land area is 21.36 square kilometer.  YYC airport has four runways. Its terminal building has over over 135 shops, restaurants and services, as well as the Spaceport, a a space-themed visitor attraction.

Air Canada, Air North, Air Transat, Alaska Airlines, America Airlines, British Airways, Central Mountain Air, Delta, KLM, SunWing Airlines, US Airways, United and WestJet have regular scheduled flights to and from this airport.
