I would not stay here again for park, sleep, fly. Shuttle times are too far apart. Front desk staff was rude upon our arrival. Shuttle was late arriving. Too long of a drive to the airport. Room was not clean and was very run down. Parking was fine and breakfast was fine. But overall it did not work for us.

I selected the cheapest and so was not surprised by the hotel quality, but the park and fly and shuttle and staff were excellent. Due to a scheduling mix up, the shuttle was not there on my return, but the staff sent me just across the street to a taxi at their expense, no questions asked. Very nice treatment. That way of handling a mix up left me feeling very positive about the entire experience of park, sleep, and fly. Looking forward to using this service again.

The room was clean and comfortable. Hallways are looking 'old' When we called for our ride home, we misunderstood where he would pick us up. I heard '16' so we went to gate 16, not realizing there were 2 areas of shuttle pickup. -one was pillar 16, not gate 16 pillar 36) When we saw him speeding past our waiting area, we tried calling the hotel 6 more time. No one answered. We were left to find our own way back to the hotel. After being up for 20 hrs and this being our 3rd airport of the day, each one being completely different, it was a very frustrating end of a trip. Perhaps the staff could be taught to be more explicit in directions. When we did get back to the hotel he very defensively took no blame for the misunderstanding. Only insisting he was at pillar 16. But why would they then refuse to answer their phone . I have the log of 8 calls.the last 6 unanswered. Poor customer service to say the least.

Slow shuttles they expect you to Wait for over 1 hour to catch there shuttle back to the hotel.iwill not use travel Lodge again.

This hotel was awful, upon showing up to park before our flight everything seemed smooth. rooms confirmed, paper work filled out, gave the desk clerk the information that our plane didnt land till 1 am and was told they would make a note. upon returning from our trip they only had 1 room for us not the 2 we booked, then they tried to convince me that 189 was the price of one room not two until i pulled up your website to show them their own rate was 99 per room. then they tried to convince me that a room with 2 beds in it was equivalent to two separate rooms because there is still two beds and i should pay the 189 for one room with two beds same as i would for 2 rooms with 2 beds. There other excuse was that obviously park sleep fly had only told them the reservation was for 1 room. thank god i printed my email because when i came to your website and typed in the reservation number it could find nothing, and your tech support was not open. Eventually ( after 45 min, we also waited near 30 min for the shuttle so its now nearly 3am) they said they would give us another guys room and if he showed up they would deal with it then. which i'm sure is what happened to our second room in the first place -_-. Then when we get to our room they are like prison cells. soooo tiny you cant fit your suitcase between the bed and the dresser. toilets are turned 45 degrees for what seems like no reason. BIIIIIG carpet stains everywhere. air conditioner was melted all across the front ( ironic right?) the beds were queen size with double sheets. they were hanging on just barley by their elastics on the corners and the second you sat POP! no more sheets attached. Just awful. and I cant imagine how well the rooms were cleaned considering when we walked in there was a quarter in the middle of the entry. when checking out the next day heard two female front staff talking about another customer who had decided to stay another night not tell them soon enough but whatever hes a jackass/dickhead some word like that i cant recall exactly which i was just very surprised they would talk about people like that, while standing in-front of a set of 4 customers checking out. will not stay here again. I had already booked a second park and fly before this one with the ramada for end of september, and i have yet to decide if i will cancel this one as my faith is shaky.
